Premium Pool Cleaning Plan: The Champion of Lutz Pools

Our purpose is to give all residents of Lutz, FL the simple joy of enjoying their swimming pools with no maintenance headaches. Under the Premium Plan you only need to maintain the sufficient water level, let the pool equipment run, and contact us of any problems. Lutz Neighborhood Pool Services stands by our work.

Our Responsibilities

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We verify your pool cleaner function.

We vacuum your pool.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We analyze your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.

We net your pool.

We check your pool equipment.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain sufficient water level.

Report to us any observations of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when needed.

Stabilizer treatments required.

Monthly plan cost based on a four week billing period.

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Premium Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

Note: It is OK to change plan types (Premium -> Regular & Regular -> Premium). Simply contact us to schedule the change.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to boost the stabilizer, remove phosphates and perform a filter cleaning with acid. We charge $69 quarterly for most stabilizer package services for customers on our weekly service plans.

Our Premium Pool Cleaning Plan covers residences in most of the Lutz, FL metro area. Homes located in zip codes: 33558, 33549, 33559 and 33548 and others, can signup for our weekly pool cleaning routes.
